Tools that enhance interoperability:
BMRBoTool converts NMR-STAR data into RDF format (BMRB/RDF).
Along with the BMRB/RDF, BMRBoTool generates its ontology in the OWL format (BMRB/OWL).
The both RDF and OWL constitute a standard model for data exchange on the Web and makes it possible to query across diverse information resources using SPARQL.
BMRBoTool has been designed to work in combination with BMRBxTool, which generates validated BMRB/XML documents.
Please refer to the README file for installation and usage.
